Yes! The International Hip Dysplasia Institute acknowledges the Nanit Swaddle as a "hip-healthy" product when used as directed.

When should I stop using the Nanit Swaddle?

If your baby is starting to roll over, or if they begin to wiggle their arms outside of the Nanit Swaddle, discontinue use and consider transitioning to the Nanit Breathing Band, Breathing Wear Sleeping Bag, or Breathing Wear Pyjamas.
