FAQs

Does the Nanit Flex Stand come with the Nanit Smart Baby Monitor?

No, this product only includes the Nanit Flex Stand. The Nanit Smart Baby Monitor must be purchased separately.

Does sleep tracking work on the Flex Stand?

No. In order for Nanit’s algorithms to track your baby’s sleep patterns, your Nanit Smart Baby Monitor must be positioned in the Floor Stand or overhead in the Wall Mount.

Does Breathing Motion Monitoring work on the Flex Stand?

Yes. While an overhead mount is recommended for nightly use, Breathing Motion Monitoring is available while using the Flex Stand.

Can I see the whole room while using the Flex Stand?

Yes! While on the Flex Stand, Nanit automatically switches to a 130° wide-angle lens.

Does Nanit work with Alexa?

Yes! With the Nanit, you check in on your baby with Alexa. You can see your live video stream and hear audio. You can also ask Alexa about your baby’s night, including how and when your baby slept, how many times you took them out of the crib, when they woke up, about your baby’s sleep stats, and even turn on their nightlight. More ways to see your child include Google Home* and web streaming on my.nanit.com*.
